Cancellation policy: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is to take place. If you do not give proper notice, we require payment in full for the appointment. If you have a gift certificate, it can be redeemed as your missed appointment fee. Repeat missed appointments will result in pre-payment before re-booking.
